Throughout the summer season, the lifts welcome you for your mountain biking or hiking outings. Just like in winter, enjoy the 3 Valleys connections to discover an unlimited playground.
3 Valleys Pedestrian Passes
Lifts in summer are an excellent way to discover and enjoy all the potential the mountains have to offer. They are open 7 days a week throughout the summer season. There are several options depending on your activity and duration, all of which give access to the lifts of the 3 Valleys.
3 Valleys MTB Passes
Thanks to the lifts, enhance your experiences on an unlimited playground! More than 300km of MTB trails spread over the 3 Valleys for all levels, the enduro, downhill, and cross-country trails of the 3 Valleys await you with trails offering over 2000m of negative elevation.
Lifts are a soft mobility means that allow everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, to take contemplative walks with family, even with young children, with friends, or solo. You can enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the Méribel valley and the 3 Valleys, of the Vanoise glaciers which include the largest glacial dome in Europe, the impressive Gébroulaz glacier which is the main source of the Doron that runs through the entire Méribel valley before flowing into the Isère, the dizzying Grande Casse, the highest peak of the Vanoise, and the entire Mont-Blanc chain and many surrounding alpine massifs and peaks.
It is also an opportunity to visit the 3 Valleys, its peaks, and villages in an original and fun way. Indeed, all formulas give you access to the lifts open across the entire 3 Valleys. They are very well connected to each other, requiring little walking (a few minutes at most). They are ideal for a memorable picnic or a gastronomic experience in one of the many restaurants, a visit to the heritage, see an exhibition or a shopping outing.
You can also organize your day or half-day hikes by using one or more sections, going up or down, combined with walking on one of the many footpaths.
Challenge yourself on the Via Ferrata de la Dent de Burgin, perched at 2,700m altitude, the highest in Europe, or dare the tandem paragliding flight from Saulire. You can access it by taking the Pas du Lac gondola from Méribel-Mottaret. Professionals can accompany you. Adrenaline guaranteed!
Occasional pedestrians can get a ticket for one or two sections (the descent is always included). The desired sections must be purchased in the same station and at the respective ticket offices (in Méribel for lifts from Méribel, in Mottaret for those from Mottaret). For use in complete freedom or for a longer duration, opt for the 1-day pass, week (7 days), or even the summer season pass. Children from 5 to 12 years benefit from a reduced rate, and it is free for children under 5. Groups of 3 or more people benefit from an advantageous weekly rate.
The mountains offer varied terrain ideal for all forms of mountain biking. In the 3 Valleys, the lifts are perfectly connected to the downhill mountain biking trails and the enduro routes. They form a particularly large and varied bike park, dedicated to these two sensational sports. There are more than 25 downhill trails and 19 enduro routes, perfectly marked and maintained. Several sports shops, mountain bike rentals, and mountain bike schools are available to accompany you in the best conditions.
