From 5th to 6th  July 2025, don’t miss a brand new experience: the Game Over festival is coming to Méribel, in the heart of the mountains. This event dedicated to virtual worlds and video games will host exhibitors from all over France at the resort’s Olympic Park.

Organized by the Association GamePlay Tarentaise and the Méribel Tourist Office, the Game Over Festival is a convention dedicated to pop and geek culture, bringing together enthusiasts of video games and virtual worlds. The festival offers a variety of activities related to pop culture and attracts exhibitors from all over France.

In a specially redesigned 1,800 m² space, video game characters will take center stage. Several exhibitors, including illustrators, creators, and international artists, invite you to explore their worlds throughout the weekend.

“The idea of organizing the Game Over Festival in Méribel came from the desire to offer an innovative theme for the opening of the summer season. The rise of e-sports attracts families, but not only them! Video game and pop culture enthusiasts can gather in an exceptional setting in the heart of the mountains, and mountain lovers will have the chance to discover the world of video games. It’s a fun opportunity to go on a sunny hike outdoors followed by a session in a paragliding simulator!“
