My deepest wish is to pass on to you the practice of an ancient and complete yoga, which combines breathing (called 'pranayama' in Sanskrit, the traditional language of yoga), the sequence of postures ('asana') and relaxation ('savasana') to lead you to the union ('yoga') of your body and mind, and simply to feel at peace ('shanti').

The classes are based on listening to and respecting your inner self and can be adapted to all levels with variations.
If you are not flexible, I invite you all the more to join us!
Non-judgement (of others, but especially of yourself) and non-violence ('ahimsa') are the keys to progress in your practice and feel the benefits of yoga in your body, mind and emotions.

All you need to bring is your mat (loan available on request), a blanket and comfortable clothing.

Bookings must be made by phone (whatsapp) or email, for group classes (in the room or online) and for private lessons at home (which is great for personalised sessions).

I'm available to answer any questions you may have, but above all I invite you to grab your mat and join us for a discovery session, because as the master Swami Sivananda, whose teachings I received in India, used to say: ‘an ounce of practice is better than a ton of theory’.
