Iona Chalet

Nestled within an orchard of fruit trees, the chalet offers a breathtaking panorama of the villages and hamlets in the Bozel Valley, with views extending to the Tignes glacier. Chalet Iona is located in Villard, a hamlet in Méribel Les Allues, a location which shelters guests from the bustle of everyday life in resort but remains only a few minutes from Méribel’s slopes.

The luxury chalet exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, with its cast iron chandeliers, period Scandinavian furniture, leather chesterfield sofas, art deco decoration and an ample art collection. Meals are served around a large, hand carved, solid oak table which can seat up to 20 people, located in a 80m2 dining room with a with a breathtaking floor to ceiling view. On the ground floor, a 50m2 living room boasts a 60 inch television screen, an A Marantz/ATC sound system and a log fireplace, opening out onto a large terrace with a 12 person Jacuzzi. Two, 30m2 master bedrooms as well as 4 other bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom), can comfortably welcome up to 12 people.

Iona’s sister chalet, India, situated on the same grounds can sleep 2 to 4 guests. Chalet William, only a few metres away, can lodge a further 4 to 6 people. The group of chalets can welcome up to 22 guests in total, all boasting luxurious comfort and Wifi connection.

A dedicated chalet team will provide a daily shuttle bus service for you and your guests to the slopes and the town centre, a first class concierge service as well as a breakfast service every morning. A choice of gourmet menus prepared by your in house chef are available in the evenings (and also in the afternoons for those who choose to lunch at the chalet).
