An evening on the slopes

The groomer waits for customers every quarter of an hour from 6:45 p.m., in front of the Rond Point ski school, next to the “Rond Point des Pistes” bus stop, direction Altiport. The climb lasts 10 minutes and takes you to the entrance to the chalet lit by a few torches. The team then welcomes you inside where the fireplace brings a warm mountain atmosphere. You will have the choice between a traditional “wheel” raclette, the Monchu fondue (half gruyere, half Vacherin Fribourgeois) or a Tartiflette (potato, onions, smoked diots and farm reblochon), each dish being served with cold cuts and salad. A gourmet mirror of desserts to add a sweet touch and the famous Café Génépi to give you a little courage to leave. The descent on a snow groomer will leave you with lots of good memories of this Savoyard evening at Monchu.
